I did the opposing forces of digital, and traditional artwork. Many people, sometimes even myself, have a hard time figuring out which style they like more. Both, if done correctly can be very beautiful. I think of them as opposing forces because it seems like a constant battle. Some people only prefer digital, while others cling to traditional.
Wow! Traditional and Digital. Not a theme I expected, but, I gotta say, I like it! Very creative. And you're an amazing artist. I really like how soft this appears. The two different types used don't clash in an obnoxious way. The effect is very cool. I see alot of effort and detail put into this as well, especially with the hair. I like the grid-line background, too. It's subtle, but spiffy when noticed.
Overall, it's a lovely piece! Ooo! I almost dread judging all these amazing entries. Thank you for entering mah contest! -cling-

Same here. I love them both. x) Thanks. Hair is one of the things I can do well, most the time. Which is nice... 'cause sometimes it's like half the picture.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

you are great at drawing hair!
I would kill to have your skills at hair
That is a great concept, digital and traditional together!
I still don't know if I like digital or traditional better... It matters how good either one turns out.
